Coordinated family minor release - every published package outside the Explorer sub-family advances in lockstep to 9.5.0. The headline is a large security and hardening wave (nine fixes spanning tree aliasing, cross-cluster snapshot export, peer probe RPCs, the data- and state-API gRPC authorization seams, an all-trees wildcard that reached tenant administration, and Azure Blob backup id containment), online shard consolidation as the long-missing inverse of adaptive split (with a compact binary leaf-snapshot encoding and incremental leaf hydration alongside it), a broad allocation-trimming pass across the warm read, view-maintenance and coordination paths, and four new companion packages.
Four packages debut in this line, entering at the family version 9.5.0: Orleans.Lattice.GrainIndex (typed grain indexing), Orleans.Lattice.Membership.Oidc (generic OpenID Connect credential authentication), and the backend-neutral telemetry facade Orleans.Lattice.Api.Telemetry with its binding Orleans.Lattice.Api.Telemetry.Grpc.
The Explorer sub-family is deliberately held back at 9.4.0 / 9.4.1 and does not participate in this lockstep - the first minor in the project's history that is not a complete family advance. The console rewrite (#1790) removes public types from the published Orleans.Lattice.Explorer.Core and would require minting thirteen new plugin package ids, so the whole sub-family ships together in the next major instead. Its entries remain under ## Unreleased. Because no shipping package references an Explorer project, holding it back leaves no unresolvable dependency.
Four further companion packages remain not yet published to NuGet (build from source today): Orleans.Lattice.Vector, Orleans.Lattice.Storage.File, Orleans.Lattice.Api.Mcp.RepoContext, and Orleans.Lattice.Api.Mcp.RepoContext.Replication.
